True Religion
In 2002, True Religion emerged onto the Los Angeles denim scene by blowing up the construction of the classic five pocket jean. Founder, chairman and chief executive, Jeffrey Lubell built the brand based on the principles of quality, American-made authentic denim with a timeless appeal and vintage aesthetic. With its five-needle thread at a two-stitch-per-inch process, the stitching known as the ‘Super T’ became instantly recognisable for style that was unlike any other denim brand in the world. The fashion house offers a wide range of styles, from jeans to hoodies to t-shirts, shop the latest collection at Psyche today. We offer a Buy Now, Pay Later scheme with Klarna.

Lubell’s creativity started off in his early teenage years when he would bleach bell bottoms and embellish jeans with leather and denim patches when they became worn or ripped. He also drew album covers on the back of jackets and hoodies and added hand-embroidered finishes to them. Marking a new era for the innovator who started True Religion at the sewing machine, he established trendsetting elements such as thicker threads in a multitude of colours, lock seams and oversized hardware in a variety of novelty styles for both men and women. The synonymous logo was born from the silhouette of Buddha’s smile, symbolising peace, happiness and good fortune. Lubell believes the people are the religion, and every person wears jeans. As the stitching evolved, True Religion became synonymous with quality craftsmanship and bold style, designed to stand out. Shop the latest collection of True Religion at Psyche today.
