One of the longest-standing denim pioneers, Levi’s encompasses strength, quality and longevity in each pair of expertly crafted Levi’s Red Tab denim. Although Levi’s already stood as a brand since 1853 when its Bavarian founder ventured from Germany to San Francisco, it was twenty years later that the brand hit a moment that would later become a milestone. In 1873, the blue jean was born into the Levi’s brand. After Jacob Davis, a tailor and keen customer of Levi’s, approached Levi Strauss in seek of a durable pair of work trousers, the riveted pants were born as a result of a partnership between the two- providing a wearable silhouette held together by metal rivets in points of strain. Fast forward to 1886, the Two Horse Trademark became a recognised symbol of Levi’s, depicting the strength held in a pair of then-known-as waist overalls. With an ongoing list of achievements, including the introduction of the famed Red Tab, Levi’s has become synonymous with quality craftsmanship and today reigns supreme on the denim chain.
