Delivery & Returns
*Please note that same day dispatch is not always possible during busy periods or the early days of sale or promotion or should your order be delayed due to further security checks.*Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday 1st June will not be dispatched until Monday 6th June... Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 12pm will be sent out the next business day. However, delays may occur over busy periods especially Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
Although we aim to have every order delivered within the chosen time frame, this is not always possible, so please allow extra days for your delivery to arrive.

Important Information Please make sure that the shipping address that you provide is correct as sometimes we are unable to redirect orders via FedEx once they are on their way to you. For security purposes, we do not amend addresses once we have processed your order, as your order is confirmed on the basis of the original information you provide us with at the point of order. Before we can dispatch your purchase we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep the delays to a minimum. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours (Mon - Fri) for shipments to be dispatched. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Psyche Return Policy
Returning Items for a Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily issue you a refund for your order (excluding original postage costs, unless faulty). You have 30 days from the date of the receipt to return your item(s) back to us. Psyche do not operate a free returns service.
Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons; these include underwear, fragrances, face masks, earrings & swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed, unless the items are faulty or develop a fault within 30 days of the purchase.
Garment Condition Upon Return
Do not remove any tags or labels when trying on garments. Please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up
which could mark or damage any items of clothing. Please refrain from wearing any perfume, aftershave or a
deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on any garment. Additional return exceptions include strong odours
such as cooking smells, cigarette smoke, pet scent/hair, etc.
Footwear should be returned in the original, unworn state as received. Please note, all footwear should be returned in the same undamaged packaging, as the box is part of the product. Where applicable, any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags & leather tags should also be returned with all items.
Please note, we are unable to accept items back to us if they do not meet these requirements. If these instructions have not been adhered to, we are entitled to not process a refund or exchange.
Returning Faulty Items
We take great care in maintaining a high level of quality control on orders being dispatched. However, if you do find a fault with your garment please contact a member of our Customer Care Team either view
our Contact Us page, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or telephoning us on +44 (0)1642 888333, who will be happy to
deal with your issue. You will be asked to provide your name, order number and a brief description of the fault.
Customers have up to 30 days return a faulty/damaged item.
*Please note refunds can only be issued once the manufacturer has verified the fault.
If your item is faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days of purchasing, we are then able to offer a refund or exchange. After 30 days you may be offered a repair or replacement.
Returning Items For An Exchange
If you require an exchange for any items purchased you have 30 days to return your order back to us.
Please enclose the completed returns sheet found within your order documents envelope, stating the garment(s) being returns and the garment(s) you would like to exchange for.
