We offer a Collect in Store option at our checkout page. Once your payment is processed and your order is ready to collect we will send you a 'Ready For Collection' email, which you should show or print and bring into store along with proof of ID e.g. Driving License or credit/debit card. We aim to process collect in store orders same day where possible. Our returns/exchange offer commences from the point of us sending your 'Ready For Collection' email.
We keep orders for 14 days and after that we’ll return the items to stock and give you a refund. If you can't pick up within 14 days, we can sometimes extend the holding period, please call our Customer Care Team who can help you with your request on +44 (0)1642 888333.
The Collection Point is located on our Ladieswear Department on the second floor. Please be aware that you must be in receipt of your 'Ready For Collection' email before you arrive to collect your item.
